Tenuta di Corte Giacobbe Soave DOC 2023

This Soave is a straw yellow colour with pale greenish highlights and on the nose it displays many fragrances of plum and citron, tropical fruit and apricot are flanked by smooth chalk and emphatic wild herbs.

Appealing and well balanced on the palate, pushing through to a crisp finish hinting of bitter almond and it displays a vibrant vein of minerality.

Ideal served by itself as an aperitif wine and delicious partnered with lighter meats, fish and roasted vegetables.
