This Soave has a stylish bouquet of acacia and almond blossoms, peach, camomile, vanilla and sulphur tempt the nose with a clean vein of minerality, finishing with pungent sage and rosemary.

It has a fine supportive structure with crisp fruit that gives both vibrancy and length.

Pairs beautifully with elaborate dishes, even those with rich sauces such as risotto and porcinis, cod alla vicentina and fish such as salmon, scallops and crab.
