An elegant, spicy nose with developed, ripe, juniper berry characters and firm grainy tannins in the mouth. Very much a food orientated style, maturation in seasoned oak has integrated flavours without overpowering them.

Aroma: Dark plums, cigar box and cinnamon bark

Palate: Initial fruit sweetness balanced by grainy tannins and fresh acidity
