Produced using 96 year old Grenache vines of low yield and grapes of great purity. The mid-palate is round with a creamy mouthfeel from ageing on the lees. The finish has length which is complex, crisp and balanced.

Red fruits fragrance and spices. Shows a light maceration, with the aim to preserve the typical flavours of the varieties and making the wine ready to consume. Very fresh and sweet in the mouth with balanced sourness.
