Blackberry and spice, open up on the palate to display more complex dark fruit flavours, tannins are present but silky now with some bottle age, lingering fruitful finish.
A full-bodied red wine from three grape varieties: Gamay, Cabernet and Cot. The Gamay brings the fruit flavours with the Cabernet and Cot the structure. Good ageing for 6 to 8 years.
Gamay, Cabernet, Cot
Full of black fruit and berry flavours which are complemented by slightly sweet spice. A nice soft mouthfeel that is ripe and juicy. This wine is a great companion to grilled steak, pork or sausages.
Refreshing, lip smacking style of white with a mineral, grapefruit tang and lime fresh acidities with green apple notes and good fruit in the mid palate. Bight, crystalline and mineral. Domaine Reine Juliette Picpoul de Pinet is 100% Picpoul, unoaked. This crisp white is bursting...
The tannins are soft and ripe and the wine has a long, clean aftertaste with enough tannic grip to promise a good few years maturation potential. The Goose Shiraz has a ruby red colour, scented bouquet with abundant smoke and spice.
An elegant, spicy nose with developed, ripe, juniper berry characters and firm grainy tannins in the mouth. Very much a food orientated style, maturation in seasoned oak has integrated flavours without overpowering them.
Colour: Deep, garnet, magenta
