Join in to kick off National Champagne Week with a cork popping bang at Europe’s longest Champagne bar in St Pancras Station, where you will be transported through the vineyards and cellars of over ten different Champagne Houses in a rare and exciting tasting experience, hosted by some of the biggest names in the industry.

Discover the Champagne region, the history of the houses and the art of blending and maturation to create some of the world’s most loved Champagnes, accompanied by a selection of perfectly paired canapes and live music in the style of Maison Kitsune.

As we are celebrating the “year of the magnum”, so of course it seems fitting that all Champagne should be served to you straight from magnums, no bottles at this party folks.

H. BLIN CHAMPAGNE TASTING

Located in the Marne Valley in the village of Vincelles, H. Blin is a grower Champagne house focused on organic production. Their vineyards produce young, round, mellow wines, full of fruity aromas.

Guests will be introduced to some of the less known but equally exquisite cuvees including a tasting of the brut, blanc de blancs, the rose‘ and the prestige Millesime which will be perfectly paired to a selection of sharing platters.

An educational evening for all in a relaxed, informal setting – the perfect opportunity to catch up with friends or treat that special someone.

It is no secret that something quite special happens to Champagne aged in magnum and many factors come in to play that we can’t always explain. What is a superbly rich and stunning Champagne in bottle becomes even more complex in magnum.

Do you know why or, more importantly do you agree? Champagne H. Blin’s brand ambassador, François will guide you through an exclusive tasting comparing both cuvees from magnum vs. bottle and will educate on many more of Champagne’s best kept secrets.

You will end the evening as a true Champagne connoisseur and if you’re lucky, a magnum of H. Blin Champagne!
