Full bodied

A Mouvedre blend, full of rich black fruit, smoked meat, dark olive with classic herbaceous notes & a long spicy finish.

Deep in colour. Heady scents of violets with a massive tannic structure.

Produced using 96 year old Grenache vines of low yield and grapes of great purity. The mid-palate is round with a creamy mouthfeel from ageing on the lees. The finish has length which is complex, crisp and balanced.

Ruby red with garnet reflections. Dry and delicate on the palate with soft tannins.
