Light fresh and zesty, herbecious with green fig notes, ripe gooseberry and green apple, fruitful finish.

A delicate and perfumed nose with a light body with flavours of white peach and citrus fruit. This has the varietal potential to age beautifully - drinking very well now, but will continue to develop for the next 5 - 8 years. 

Grassy, slightly green fig notes, refreshing and uplifted.
