This is a delicious blend of Syrah, Cinsault, Grenache, Carignan & Mourvedre which has a deep garnet colour, beautiful aromas of black fruits and spices and an ample mouth feel with silky smooth tannins.

Light ruby red, typical cherry aromas and red berry with hints of violet, light wine, silky almost undetactable tannins, delicious summer drinking red.

Tropical fruit and exotic spices. The palate strikes the beautiful balance of floral notes and hints of spiciness....rich and weighty with a fruit freshness that belies the extended maturation afforded this compelling wine. 50% Chardonnay, 50% Viognier

This Cabernet Sauvignon, with its deep, brilliant ruby colour, is rich and concentrated. Its fruity (ripe fruit), vegetal nose is typical of the variety. The attack is frank, the palate structured, aromatic, round and silky.

Unoaked Chardonnay. Dry with lush peach and citrus back-bone in support.

Pale yellow with an intense and complex aromatic spectrum from its tropical and honey notes. Elegant and long lasting, medium-bodied with a fresh acidity. Good with light entrees; appestisers and seafood 100% Viognier
