Produced using 96 year old Grenache vines of low yield and grapes of great purity. The mid-palate is round with a creamy mouthfeel from ageing on the lees. The finish has length which is complex, crisp and balanced.

This wine is yellow with golden reflections. It is soft, subtle and fruity with aromas of peach flowers, honey and hazelnuts. Taste fresh and inviting, soft and subtle.

Mineral at first, slightly austere, opening out in the mid palate with brioche notes and then finishing with bright raspberry notes
