Aromas of red fruits and spice, predominantly cherry with a bitter sweet mid palate, well balanced wine with velvety tannin structure.
Manual harvesting. Reception with destemming and crushing immediately, transporting grapes to the fermentation vats in mass piping with heat exchanger. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks of 18 tons capacity, with tanning at around 24ºC. Soft and low-temperature winemaking, with the aim of obtaining elegant and smooth wines. Partial stage for a period of 4 months in American and French oak wood.
