H Blin Brut Rosé Champagne
The terroir is farmed in a most sustainable manner, preventing the use of chemicals and maintaining the soil by ploughing and planting grass which also limits the loss of energy, fuels and water.
Golden straw-coloured with an abundance of fine bubbles. The aromas are of soft, very floral scents, acacia blossom and elderflower, honeysuckle and hawthorn. Delicate fragrances of fresh, sharp yellow-fleshed fruits. The finish is delicately laced with vanilla, fresh butter and lightly roasted almonds. Sensual spicy cinnamon and vanilla on the palate with apricots, white peach and mirabelle plums. The finish is light and lemony with a remarkable longevity.
