Cuna de Reyes White Rioja 2018
The winery was founded in 1999 in the town of Nájera (La Rioja), also known as the “King’s Court” and, paying homage to this noble town, the winey was named Cuna de Reyes (Birth place of kings).
The production of wines follows the traditional system of winemaking, pampering and controling every step of the way (de- stemming, fermentation, etc.). The reward for this hard work and dedication is the quality wine that rested in the birth place of the kings, right in the middle of the land where the grapes grew.
The modern facilities have cutting edge wine making technology. Up-to-date technology, tradition and know-how are the perfect mix to creating these wines.
The must is macere ten with the skin for hours. After slight pressing, the must is husked by refrigeration at 14° C. Then it fermented at a controlled temperature of 16° C in stainless steel tanks.
