Awatere Pinot Rose
The elegant and rewarding Rosé is harvested from a single vineyard block of quality Pinot Noir in the lower Awatere Valley. The gentle handling and being fermented cool and clean maximises the fresh, crisp vibrant flavours.
Seafood, Asian, grilled vegetables, salads and soft cheeses.
Machine harvested, crushed into the press and given four hours of skin contact to extract a little colour from the skins then gently pressed. Cold settled, racked and fermented at 10C to retain fresh fruit characters. Bottled young and fresh.
